Worship at St. Matthew

God comes to us in with His Good gifts, and we respond with words of faith. This is the substance of worship at St. Matthew. There are two services: Sunday morning at 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM.

The Sunday 8:00 AM worship service is for those early risers. The service is very personal, contemplative and devotional.

At the Sunday 10:30 AM worship service there is a children's message and music at the beginning, at which time the children are dismissed for Kid’s Power Hour, a education hour for children 3-10 and the Nursery, a supervised play room for children 0-3.

For all services there is a fully functional "Cry Room" for young children, which is completely stocked with child care amenities.

All worship services are held in the sanctuary. Holy Communion is celebrated on the second and fourth Sunday of each month at the late service, on the first and third Sunday at the early service, at both services on the fifth Sunday.

Summer Worship Services are at 9:30 a.m, with Holy Communion offered each week.

Advent Services are on Wednesday Evenings 7:30 PM during Advent.
Advent begins four weeks before Christmas and is a special time in which we look forward to the coming of Christ, and prepare to greet Him at Christmas. Advent also marks the beginning of the church year.
